The Journey is Little Dramatic, Now all Smooth..

After five months, I had a grasp of basic office tasks, computer handling, and even some rudimentary design skills. Realizing the limitations of the Xerox shop, I moved on to Sharmila Studio in Kilakarai.

Here, I honed my design skills further, delving into intermediate-level work, and began exploring photography, lighting, and videography. It was here that I took my first steps into freelancing, a journey that continues to this day.

Seeking to broaden my skill set, I delved into hardware, joining Fixit Laptop and Mobile Services. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I embraced the opportunity to immerse myself in the world of computer, printer, CCTV, and mobile repairs.

Additionally, I founded my own graphic design agency during a local election, gaining invaluable experience despite subsequent job losses due to the pandemic. Utilizing this time off, I seized the chance to learn networking, marketing, and even brushed up on my Tamil language skills.

As the world began to adapt to the "new normal," I found employment as a fiber network technician at Elegant Network Solutions, a BSNL sub-partner ELEGANT NETWORK SOLUTIONS. Here, I delved deep into fiber technology and computer networking, sharpening my customer service, negotiation, and marketing skills.

It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that taught me the importance of resilience and smart work.

Armed with newfound knowledge and skills, I rebranded my freelance design agency as MI Designs and Advertising. Catering to both local and international clients, I expanded my services to include social media management and business development.

Despite facing financial challenges due to my parents' unemployment, I made the difficult decision to prioritize my business over completing my 12th-grade studies. This marked a shift towards self-learning and honing my expertise in my chosen field.

Collaborating with professionals from various fields, I continued to learn and grow, solidifying my brand as MI DD Workshop. Embracing a community-driven approach, I fostered partnerships with freelancers, fresh graduates, and even teenagers, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and mutual support.

Building upon our successes, we officially established MI DD Workshop as a registered company. Expanding our services to encompass coaching, business development, tech support, and more, we remain committed to inclusivity and collaboration.

Additionally, we've embarked on philanthropic endeavors, launching our own NGO, BE HUMAN, and a coaching center, Keelai Softwares, to empower individuals from all walks of life. Our journey continues, fueled by a passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact in our community.
